 A Visionary Leader Building a Brighter Future for Youth

Anthony Howard’s journey is a testament to the power of community and mentorship. Growing up surrounded by a family-owned remodeling and renovation business, he learned the value of hard work, transformation, and building something beautiful from the ground up.  

Anthony graduated from Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., further solidifying his commitment to service and leadership. 

Anthony’s true passion lies in empowering the next generation. Witnessing firsthand the impact of a strong support system, he co-founded VRP Institute to provide youth and young adults with the resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed.  

As a dependable and seasoned leader, Anthony brings his unwavering commitment and vision to VRP Institute. He inspires young people to discover their potential and become agents of change in their communities.

Shanniska Howard’s dedication to making a difference stems from her roots in a small, rural community where hard work and an entrepreneurial spirit were highly valued.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University and a Master’s in Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Shanniska has always been driven to create positive change.  

Shanniska’s passion for youth empowerment and community development shines through in her work at VRP Institute. She tackles challenges head-on, approaching every situation with unwavering optimism and an innate ability to find solutions.  

Shanniska is an experienced change agent who brings her infectious energy and unwavering belief in positive outcomes to VRP Institute, inspiring her team and the young people they serve.
