At VRP Institute, we’re not just talking about change; we’re making it happen. As a 501(c)(3) organization, we’re dedicated to tackling the challenges facing today’s youth and young adults head-on. We do this by creating innovative programs that empower them to succeed in the 21st century.  

Our Impact:

We’re proud to say that our unique approach is working. We have a 96.8% success rate in positively changing the lives of youth in grades 6-12 and young adults aged 18-23.

• Service Learning: Develops leadership skills and a sense of civic responsibility through community service.  
• Positive Self-Esteem Building/Positive Choices: Equips young people with the confidence and decision-making skills to navigate life’s challenges.    
• Tutorials: Provides academic support to help students succeed in school.    
• Financial Literacy: Teaches money management skills and prepares young people for financial independence.    
• Business and Entrepreneurship Concepts: Inspires and supports young entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas.    
• Mentorship: Connects young people with positive role models who provide guidance and support.    
• Summer Camps: Offers engaging and enriching summer experiences that promote learning and personal growth.    
• Educational Services: Provides a range of educational resources and support to meet the diverse needs of learners.    
• STEM: Encourages exploration and innovation in science, technology, engineering, and math.

We have an obligation to encourage, educate, and support youth and young adults; while engaging, empowering, and advancing the value they bring to society. It is our continued mission to develop 21^st century leaders, provide in-school support and academic/financial enrichment programming, train teachers, and activate parent/community involvement. VRP Institute, Inc. seeks funding and working capital support to further advance our initiatives and programs and assist in financing our projected growth by having the ability to increase our capacity of youth and young adults we serve.
